OUR SCHOOL

Navajyothi Senior Secondary School is a Co-educational institution affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi. The School was established in the year of 2000. It is run by the Sisters of Sacred Heart Congregation (SH), Thalassery Province through a registered body "St. Joseph's Educational and Charitable Trust of Sacred Heart Congregation." Our Sisters are active in the field of education and the Institution is a part of the Catholic Church's effort to Educate and Empower the people of India.

The Mission of our Institution is to spread the power of Knowledge and Strengthen the Future World with initiatives and academic Practices through Love and Service, Taking Education Higher to the Peaks.... and empowering the students with the qualities of success, confidence, teamwork, and self-motivation and molding them to be good citizens of our Nation and overall Universe.

As educators and parents, it is our shared responsibility to guide them with wisdom, compassion, and vision.

The children of today are digital natives, growing up in an age of technology, innovation, and instant connectivity. While technology offers immense learning possibilities, it also demands discipline, critical thinking, and responsible usage. At our school, we strive to create a balanced environment where academic excellence goes hand in hand with moral integrity, creativity, and emotional well-being.

We believe that every child is unique, with distinct talents and potential. Our mission is to provide a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where each student feels valued and empowered to achieve their dreams. As our school provides co- education, it helps students learn how to work together, understand different perspectives, and build healthy friendships. This system helps students develop mutual respect, better communication skills and confidence while interacting with boys and girls.

A strong pillar of our institution is our team of dedicated and highly qualified faculty members. Our teachers are not only subject experts but also mentors who inspire, guide, and support students at every stage of their learning journey. Their commitment, patience, and passion play a vital role in shaping the academic and personal growth of every child.

We also deeply appreciate our non-teaching staff, whose sincere efforts ensure the smooth functioning of the school each day. From administrative personnel to support staff, their dedication, discipline, and behind-the-scenes contributions create a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for our students. Our school transport system, including our responsible bus drivers and attendants, plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our students. Their punctuality, care, and commitment provide parents with reassurance and allow children to travel to and from school securely.

True education is rooted in wisdom. As it is written in Bible, “If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you” (James 1:5).
